As OMC Yapı, we have successfully completed the turnkey thermal and cold insulation works for the machinery, equipment, and piping of the Potassium Nitrate and Ammonium Chloride facilities, installed under the ASOS Process contract, within the IGSAŞ Nitrogen Plant located in Kütahya OSB.

Within the scope of the project, insulation of tanks containing chemical solutions such as KCL, KOH, and NH₄Cl, as well as all tanks and equipment including demineralized water, condensate, evaporators, and heat exchangers, was carried out using rabitztelli rock wool industrial mats and galvanized trapezoidal cladding. Process piping in the outdoor area and between tanks was insulated with rock wool for hot lines and elastomeric rubber foam for cold lines, followed by aluminum sheet cladding.

As the OMC team, we ensured client satisfaction through timely material supply, A-grade insulation workmanship, and meticulous field application. The successful completion of this project once again demonstrates our expertise in industrial insulation.
