OMC has successfully completed the Mineral Oil Production and Storage Tanks Project at Lubpart A.Ş.’s İzmir Aliağa facility. Within the scope of the project, the factory manufacturing, supply, and turnkey installation of storage and production tanks were carried out meticulously.

The main works carried out in the project include:

• Carbon steel storage tanks: Factory manufacturing of tanks with capacities of 60 m³ and 30 m³
• Stainless steel production tanks: Factory manufacturing of tanks with capacities of 15 m³, 5 m³, and 1 m³
• Supply and mechanical installation of all factory-manufactured tanks at the mineral oil facility
• Factory manufacturing and mechanical installation of steel platforms, pipe supports, and fire wall steel structures installed at tank locations within the facility

The OMC team completed the mechanical fabrication of all tanks and other steel structures with sandblasting, painting, and quality control processes, ensuring client satisfaction through inspections conducted by third-party quality control firms.

Turnkey installation of all mechanically fabricated structures at the facility is carried out professionally and safely by our expert field teams.
