OMC has joined the Iraq Besmaya Pipeline Construction Project as a solution partner. Within the scope of the project, the pipeline design and mapping services under our responsibility have been successfully completed.

The construction of the pipeline is planned to begin in 2020. The project works include:

• Manufacturing of 7,500 meters of 60-inch steel pipeline
• Manufacturing of 2,000 meters of GRP pipeline in various diameters

The OMC team aims to contribute to the strengthening of Iraq’s energy infrastructure by working throughout the project in accordance with international quality standards and occupational health and safety criteria.

This project is an important example demonstrating OMC’s technical expertise and solution-oriented approach in international pipeline projects.
