Dörtyol-Ceyhan Pump Station and Crude Oil Pipeline Construction

OMC has successfully completed the Dörtyol-Ceyhan Pump Station and Crude Oil Pipeline Project. The project starts from the existing discharge lines of the tanks at the BOTAŞ Dörtyol Terminal, continues through the constructed manifold structure, and ends with the piping connections at the tank yard of the Ceyhan Terminal.

The main works carried out within the project include:

  • Piping works at Dörtyol Terminal site
  • Piping works at Ceyhan Terminal (Tank Inlet Line)
  • Piping works at Dörtyol Terminal Pump Station
  • 20-inch high-pressure pipeline
  • KP 0+000 – Pig Station
  • KP 14+560 – Yukarı Burnaz Line Valve
  • KP 18+300 – Turunçlu Line Valve
  • KP 27+160 – Sarımazı Line Valve
  • KP 36+732 – End of Project Ceyhan Pig Station and tank yard connections

The OMC team managed material procurement, facility installation, and construction works in accordance with international quality standards and occupational health and safety criteria, completing all processes fully and on schedule.

This project once again demonstrates OMC’s technical expertise and solution-oriented approach in the field of crude oil pipelines.
