Within the scope of Delta-Rubis Petrol A.Ş. Dörtyol Terminal, the mechanical works of the 2,400-meter-long jetty superstructure have been successfully completed. The main activities carried out during the project are as follows:

Jetty Superstructure Pipe Bridge:

• Total of 1,200 tons of steel fabrication and installation on the jetty.

Pipelines:

• Total of 1,200 tons of steel fabrication and installation on the jetty.
• Transportation of approximately 32,000 meters of pipeline with diameters ranging from 6” to 36”,
• Detailed sandblasting and painting operations,
• 100% NDT-controlled installation.

Insulation and Fire Systems:

• Insulation of all black product lines along the entire jetty,
• Installation of the jetty fire suppression system.

Port Equipment Installation:

• Fenders,
• Ship mooring hooks and installation of other equipment.

All fabrication, installation, and testing works were completed in accordance with international quality and safety standards.
