Within the scope of the capacity expansion project at Delta-Rubis Petrol A.Ş.'s Dörtyol Terminal, comprehensive mechanical and steel construction works have been successfully completed. As part of the project, an 800-ton pipe bridge was fabricated and installed, and a total of 14,000 meters of pipelines ranging from 2” to 18” in diameter were transported, followed by detailed sandblasting and painting operations. All pipeline installations were carried out in accordance with international standards and underwent 100% NDT inspections.

As part of the new site arrangements, insulation works for black product lines and installation of fire suppression systems for newly constructed tanks were carefully completed. Additionally, a new pump canopy and fuel pumps were installed, with commissioning carried out along with collector fabrication. Furthermore, tanker loading-unloading and heating islands were established, with pipeline installations meticulously executed by our specialized teams.

Throughout the entire process, safety, quality, and operational efficiency were prioritized, and the project was successfully commissioned.
