As OMC Yapı, we successfully completed all works on a turnkey basis within the scope of the 2018 Revision Period Piping and Welding Works Project at Çumra Sugar Integrated Facilities. The main works carried out during the project are as follows:

• Replacement of limestone and coke coal inlet protective sheets
• Piping of the trigeneneration unit feedwater line
• Renewal of the condensate line at the wastewater treatment facility
• Piping of the lime milk line
• Renewal of PKF syrup outlet lines
• Renewal of PKF channel cleaning lines
• Renewal of PKF drip sheet channel pipes
• Renewal of the B-Green line
• Renewal of the refined syrup line
• Installation of liquid syrup line
• Renewal of the large crushing band drip sheet
• Installation of a line from the treatment effluent water line to the decanter clean water tank
• Vacuum tank cladding works
• Yeast tank cladding works
• Renewal of the powdered lime line
• Welding, piping, and other mechanical workmanship services

Within the project scope, all pipes, fittings, sheets, and other necessary materials were supplied by our company. The committed works were delivered to Konya Şeker A.Ş. completely within the factory’s campaign downtime as promised.

Furthermore, as-built isometric drawings were prepared and delivered to the client for all completed works. In addition to the turnkey commitment, labor services (equipment installation, piping, welding works, etc.) were also provided by the contractor.

Prior to the project, our company obtained a qualification certificate during the evaluation process carried out by the Konya Şeker Technical Office Directorate, allowing participation in the tender process.
