As the OMC family, as promised in the pipeline mechanical manufacturing and assembly works within the scope of TURKERLER GEOTHERMAL POWER PLANT-3 PROJECT in Alaşehir as a solution partner in industrial plant construction, we have added a new experience to many industrial plant projects:
* STEEL MANUFACTURING WORKS:
In the Türkerler Geothermal Power Plant-3 project, which is one of the subjects that we specialize in industrial facilities, the production and installation of pipe bridges, support manufacturing and assembly of reinjection lines, support manufacturing and installation of wellhead lines, fire water tank production and installation works have been completed.
* PIPELINE MANUFACTURING WORKS:
As OMC YAPI, we have been the solution partner in the works we have undertaken within the scope of these works in the Türkerler Geothermal Power Plant-3 project related to the pipeline manufacturing works, which is one of the most important business items we have been serving since the day we were founded. Mechanical pipe works of reinjection line and mechanical piping works of well head production lines, welding, testing, sandblasting-painting and isolation works within the scope of the project have been successfully completed.
* SANDBLASTING PAINTING WORKS:
In the scope of Türkerler Geothermal Power Plant-3 project, we have completed the sandblasting and painting works of all the works that we have undertaken to manufacture and assemble in all the projects we have undertaken. Within the scope of the project, we have completed the sand blasting and painting works of the fire water tank, the painting works of reinjection line supports and the painting works of the well head production lines supports with high quality and mobile solutions.
* INSULATION WORKS:
In addition to the importance of energy efficiency in all industrial facilities, especially in our country's energy producing facilities, we have been a solution partner at different locations within the scope of Türkerler Geothermal Power Plant-3 project related to industrial insulation works that we strongly advocate and support. We have completed the manufacturing of thermal insulation of reinjection pipelines that we have completed the mechanical manufacturing and assembly of and the thermal insulation of wellhead production lines as we have promised, without compromising the quality of the work we have completed with mobile solutions. In addition, as OMC family, we have provided customer satisfaction solutions in repairing and eliminating the insulation defects in different parts of the power plant outside the scope of the project.
